(...*claps* "GIRLFRIEND!~")

Day 3:
It was our last day here in Nirwana Gardens, Camp Able. We woke up at 5 30am and washed up, brushed our teeth and got changed as usual. Today's activity was Kayakking and Raft building. So after we had our wholesome breakfast, and had a briefing and told us about our water acitivties saying if we have our *claps* GIRLFRIEND! (menstruation) we don't have to go. But if we wanna, then go. But he advices not to, and might make the sea red (L-O-L)

So... brought our Day bags and walked to the same place we had our campfire. Blimey, the place really looks different in the night time. I couldn't recognise the whole place in the morning. Last night was high tide so the place we had our campfire was full of mud or squishy sand. And not only that, I didn't know we were near the beach! The beach nearby was where we're gonna kayak and make a raft.

We were splitted up into 2 big groups. One to go kayaking, the other to make rafts. So they taught us basic things and soon we were on sea! We had a buoyancy test, wearing our life vests and floating and asked us to sing "Twinkle, twinkle, little star", Pravin was my partner. We had arguments for where we were to sit. I wanted to sit behind and so did we so we argued until the instructor told me girls are suppose to be infront so I lose... hmph!

I'd panic when we'd be pushed out into the open sea. I'd shout, "PRAAAVIN! How to turn!? Omg! The others are over there!!!" but then it'd be okay afterwards, then the tide would push us out again. We'd sometimes hit someone else's boat. Then we were called to go back. The reason we were called back was b'coz the tide is very strong, so is the wind. You could see this eagle flying against the wind. ITS HILARIOUS!

So we changed places with the other group and so we were suppose to make a raft using a couple of bamboo sticks, ropes and 4 barrels. We were bad planners but we tried. The challenge was we weren't allowed to talk, so we all just keep saying "mmmmm... mhm.. mm" (L-O-L) then we had to test the raft on the water. It was floating quite long enough for ALMOST all to get in when suddenly it broke and sunk! HAHAHA!

We burst out laughing and started splashing water at each other! Sigh... it was awesome. So did all the other rafts the group made. We dismantled the boat and headed back to the campsite to shower. We were almost going home. After that, we packed out stuff and emptied our tents... assembled for lunch. It was both windy and sunny. I was pretty sure all of us would get sunburns. We had to sit under the sun for 10++ minutes to fill up this 2 booklets they asked us to. Then... the moment of truth... we had to board the bus to the Ferry terminal.

I said goodbye to the ponies, to wilderness, to the Indonesians, the weather and... Camp Able. Reached the terminal and went to the Check-IN, we were given back our personal items and passport with the boarding pass. Felt really like the airport! Got into the Ferry and sat with Prissy. A couple of minutes later, we were leaving Indonesia. Leaving Indonesia with sunburns, mosquito bites and aching body, I waved my last goodbye to the place.

They told us the ferry ride would be choppy so it was. It went up and down and my stomach got all tickly! Everyone kept on laughing, even me and Prissy. We laughed until tears came out. It was like a rollercoaster! The most funniest ferry ride ever! Then soon, we got all tired and sleepy. So I took my sleeping bag and used it as a pillow and believe this, my position was like it was my own bed! My leg on the seat and leaning sideways on the arm thingy on the seat the whole time.

When I woke up, I tidy up my hair and then we were here... back in Singapore... just like that. We had to wait for all the passengers to unboard before we do so that's when I got all seasick, (of all times, NOW, when we stop moving? Weeeird.) we got out, lined up for Immigration again then assembled with our class. Fixed my watch back to Singapore time and then we boarded another bus back to school. Looking out the window, I was reminiscing... then suddenly a fly came near me and shocked me! Ayuni, Prissy and Zhenping laughed as they said, "Daymi, an illegal immigrant (the fly) followed you here! HAHAHA!"

It kept on coming near me so I took out my pen and said, "Prepare to die!" and tried killing it, but misses. Then it suddenly disappeared then I can finally reminise in peace... then falling asleep. Woke up, we were already reaching school. (already!?) Then we were welcomed by Pistaschio! Yaaaaay. But before leaving, we had to assemble at the Parade Square.

Taught us the lame cheer and then, something meaninful happened. The lead instructor gave us words of wisdom which made me sad since camp is already over... we have to move on, just like that and lightened our mood before ending his speech, "...need a bit of..." and the response, "UMPH!"... applause... :-) we were released and gave farewells to our instructors and headed to KFC to tell Pistachio all about our experiences and encounters!

Went home, with my sunburned yet tanned looking skin. Mom came home and told me my skin looks really nice and then... off I went to hit the hay...

(PS: Was the most memorable camp I've ever been to. Credits to "Nemo" and Sam! WE LOVE YOU!!!)
