Mom wasn't home today. She was out at her friend's house helping with her problems. So we're left with our so-called father who wouldn't cook for us. Instead, re-heats food for us to eat. How nice (NOT!) I could just die if there was another day where mom was gone for a whole day while we're left with HIM. Nooooooooooo! It happened before, luckily, I survived. No its not a day. Its like... a few weeks!? My mom went back to the Philippines because they were family problems, couldn't come since we still had school that time. So the shocking part was that my mom hired a caterer to come over every morning, afternoon and night to cook for us. (that shows our mom doesn't want us to starve because our dad wouldn't... ahem y'know...)

The food was way nicer than my dad's cooking. He knows to cook limited food, those kind where it doesn't take long to cook. Yes, and there's ALWAYS veggies in it. I mean, we all know veggies are healthy but on EVERY meal!? Even my mom doesn't do that. So thank goodness for the caterer. I think I was like... primary 6? An F&N student, so if I was left at home alone. I'd survive (PFFT!) Though I'd be playing the computer non-stop, I'll have to admit that. Hopefully, this year's Christmas and New year I'll be in the Philippines, HURRAH! I have NO cousins or relatives here, zero, zilch. So its a really lonely christmas and new year when we're here. I mean, yeah we got the whole family but you have no idea how awesome-er it is there. (sigh)

Ok stop the drama, I saw pictures of their christmas and new year's party. We'd always have a theme. Last last year's theme 2007 (we were in the Philippines), was Hawaiian. Last year 2008, was Black & White. Blimey, the pictures was so funny, they sure had fun... withous us!? I wonder, this year, would be Greek Mythology. They didn't get to do that last year since WE weren't there. Well then, here are some pictures in the Philippines, 2007.

(PS: That picture of the person on the laptop... IS ME! My brother styled my hair. How random.)

WOOT
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 11:51 AM

I had nothing to do last night so I grabbed my camera and just took random pictures of either, me or this purple bear I got for my birthday.

Going Cotton ON later with my brother.

How awkward, but he said they was this nice shoes he saw in Cotton ON and I wanted to buy something too so I shall go with him.

Mommy told us she'll be busy so we're on our own. We won't ask our dad.

YOU SHOULD KNOW WHY.

My sister is being selfish, not giving us her siblings any money to buy stuff and keeps her ton of money for herself. I think, no offence, that she'll be a terrible mom if she keeps that up :-) Not saying she's gonna be a mother yet, but she will soon. She's like 22 I think.

Blaaahhhh....

Had a math test, think I did averagely. By the way, the guys are annoying. They kept on throwing all the "fake" oranges at us, the ones that fell off the noticeboard from the decoration for CNY. Luckily, they'd miss me. HURRAH!

After that, we had EL. It was fun, we got to go to the library and do our work.

I kept on goofing around and laughing. I'd say something random or funny and if the indian lady would "shush!" us from her desk, we'd just laugh somemore. I told them that she's watching porn at her computer, that's why she can't just come to our table and SHUSH all she wants. Then PE, ran the Cross Country route again. We didn't run though, just walked and as usual, goofed about. I took a long stick and poke people's shoulder and act like it wasn't me.

...or threaten Prissy wissy that I would smack her if she doesn't run. I got the power when I have my stick.

Prissy told the others how last year I took some random cloth from the ground and threw it at her. Ahhh yes, Secondary 2, how hectic. After running, went back to school, changed, went for recess. BLAH after that, went up to the hall to talk about "STUFF". Then, MT, went to Trisha's class like I always do. Ate snacks secretly and doodled. Debbie was being weird. She asked if she could cut the paper I was doodling in and I was like, "No...?" and she drew on Samantha. HEH?

Suddenly got sleepy, so I slept. I did my tactic that doesn't make me look like I'm sleeping from the back so that the teacher won't come up, tap my table and ask me to wake up. All I did was lie down, face the other way, and hold a pencil on my left hand (not a left hander, its just acting since I had to face the other way with my hand under my head) and there you go, even Trisha thought I was drawing.

I had a good sleep before waking up and the class was finished. Left, looked around for Irzaq and Alfeeq to give this bloody form.

Couldn't find them so we left but thought maybe they'd come out from the front gate but only saw Alfeeq so we asked him to give Irzaq the form for us and then we walked to the other bustop again. Went to Mcdoodles to eat ice cream and curly fries (OMIGIDDY, ITS NICE!) and then went to Prissy's house to get her money since we're going to Sembawang Shopping Mall, we're going to Cotton ON! It's an awesome store, seriously.

Got there, looked around Cotton ON and then BAAAM! I am gonna buy a ton of stuff from there since they're having a 50% sale! Its like 2 for $20 and whatnot. AWESOME OR WHAT!?

We're coming back there to buy all our stuff.

Walked around, not much really. The place is rather boring 'cept for Cotton ON. So we left, stopped at Interchange and went home. Ahhhhh...

Gothic dress design!
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 5:35 PM
... well I still got a slight headache but I think I can manage. Yesterday was as awesome as a bag of chips (well actually better than that) ...then again, its not the best day ever. CDP was the only one that was psychedelic (trisha hates this word.)

As I told you goons, we chose Fashion Design. Yesterday's lesson was really fun and hands-on.

Firstly, we had to choose a model. They chose me at first but I gave them a mean look and a "No." and so we ended up choosing Farah. Who knew, she was delighted to be the model (phew...)

Secondly, the instructor was gonna assign us the theme we had to do. We ended up with Gothic. Mehh... Farah was happy again. I wanted Retro or Ancient Rome but pleaaase, not Gothic! I'm not into dark colours and lonely, sadistic people.

Thirdly, get our materials and tools (LOL), which was: Trash bags, Newspaper, Scissors, Glue, Tape, Staplers, Balloons, glitter and coloured paper.

After which, we planned our outfit and then started.

At first, we were clueless but then we got the hang of it so we started making a high-waist skirt using the trash bags, cutting the edges unevenly for so-called "Raw Edge" in Gothic, the instructor said. We'd ask Farah if she could breathe... (pfft!) then the cosette. The instructor helped us with the cosette a bit.

Then placed it on Farah. There was a lot of touching and whatnot. It was very uncomfortable for every single one of us (especially Farah...), that's why I didn't want to be the model.

Next up, was the big collar, like Count Dracula, y'know? But we didn't know how to start so the instructor helped us and VOILA! a "Count Dracula(ish)" collar. I luuuuurved it. So we started snipping, snapping, stapling, taping, touching (woopsie) and then it was done but I wasn't satisfied. The cosette looked dull with the newspaper colour and bloody articles. Sooo... I ran and took a purple coloured paper and cut it into the shape of the cosette and pasted it over it making it look like a purple cosette. It was even awesome-ER. Then stapled a trail (the long piece behind a wedding dress) behind her skirt, wasn't long enough but who gives a hoot.

Fixed her hair to make it look kinda messy and "evil".

The instructor gave us a tip, asking us to make a mask. Farah didn't want a mask, and we don't know why. We tried making a mask but it was an epic failure so I just threw it on to the table. Then the funny part came, Farah wanted me to stuff balloons down her cosette to make her nunga-nungas to look bigger. H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S!

But I did though, I stuffed balloons down her cosette (not blown up, of course, that's just weird)

Then we laughed out pants off.

Put some finishing touches, made her an arm warmer, very nice then time was up! Cleaned up our tables and the models were called to go up to the stage. Gave Farah the thumbs up. Told us to call a representative to go up and talk about the outift we made. Did a vote and chose Prissy wissy to do it. (phew...) we told her that her voice was louder and she kept saying, "No! I DO NOT!"

It was our group's turn to present. Prissy wissy didn't do that well but its alright. The instructor took a picture of Farah using his phone, wow, fans already!?

Then we saw the others, not bad, not bad at all. One of the group had the same thing with us. The Count Dracula collar, psh. Then after the presentation, Farah asked if she could take it off, we all said No, because we wanted photoshoots! Took picture of Farah and then we helped her get off her newspaper dress. Released and then walked to the other bustop. We thanked Farah for being cooperative and stuff like that. She still had her arm warmers on, said she likes it. Then said Bye to Farah since she's meeting her Luuurve God and Prissy wissy went home and I followed Trisha to Mcdoodles to eat AND help her with her tuition homework. It was hard teaching her when she gets distracted easily.

...BUT I SURVIVED! HURRAH! She finished her homework in a few minutes because of my awesome teachings, pfft!

Then we went into Popular, read some books then I wanted to go home since I was having a major headache yesterday. In the bus, listening to songs and headache still hurting.... Zzzzzzz

Tuesday, January 27, 2009 CANON CAMERA SHALL BE MINE!!!
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 6:09 PM

I THINK YOUR BASOOMAS IS "VAIR" BASOOMA(ish) ...forgive me, I'm being random. I am saving money to buy another camera. Yes, daymi thinks one camera is not enough. I shall buy a Canon Digital Eos this time.

SNAAAP!... I'll be out all day taking random pictures. Blimey, think, what a happy girl that would make me. My brother got another expensive guitar and my sister got an iPhone on their birthdays. Now, for MY birthday, I would like... a MacBook. I'm "vair" serious about that :-)

For the SLR camera, that would be me and brother's own hardship. My sister is not on the same wagon as us b'coz once we buy the camera, her horns comes out and keeps the camera for herself. Like what she's doing with the other one. We all know she paid for it, but c'mon, share. But luckily, she's being a little lose on the camera now. That ALWAYS happens when its not that new anymore. Typical, typical, sister of mine. (PSH...)

She doesn't even let me use her iPhone. The only time I get to use it is when she leaves it somewhere and she's not looking. I'd use it for awhile, when she finds out she makes this excuse (which to me, is gettin' rather old) saying, "Give it back! The batteries is finishing!"

Once, I used this "Doodle" application in the iPhone and drew on her face. SHUSH! The thing I like about iPhone is you can surf the net on the go. Just the thing I needed. Since I'm in love with the computer at home, it'll be even awesome if I'm bringing it along but I wouldn't want one too. I'm a clutz, yes, a clutz. I'm rather forgetful too. So its either, I drop it or I lose it. Now that is "vair" scary. So I stick to normal phones, thank you very much. Cheese, I've been trying to blog and listen to songs at the same time. Its just too hard for me! I might end up writing the lyrics of the song here. Oh and this berzerk earpiece hurts my ears!

Like when you wear it way too long and when you take it off, your ears hurt? (grumbles)

Anyone of you got the new MSN version? Its "vair" niceeeeee. You can change your MSN skin into anything you want. Using your photo or something. Oh and you can having a moving display picture. How cool is THAT!?

Goooooo, upgrade yours now! (Sound like an advertisement...) HURRAH! Tomorrow we'll be starting our practical for F&N and not only that. Tomorrow is our Half-day since the schools' GCE grades were higher than National, we were given a half-day. Let us rub it in your faces! MUAHAHA!~

Monday, January 26, 2009 Sims 2
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 10:28 AM
Yesterday was a very lazy and quiet Sunday. Woke up, used the computer. No one interesting was online and Pistach' told me she was going to the morning mass so I thought maybe I should play Sims 2? Its been awhile since I played and I guess I got the free time to do so. I have all the expansions, what's there to get bored of MY Sims 2. From Nightlife to Open for Business, Pets, University, Bon Voyage, Apartment Life and Seasons. Not forgetting the little packs of more furnitures and clothes ;-)

I HAVE THEM ALL.

The only thing I'm waiting for now is... *theme song* THE SIMS 3! I saw snapshots of the game and it looks even more cooler!

I shall tame one of the CDs! Ahhh... Hey, I'm not a fanatic. I don't go around wearing t-shirt saying so. I just love the games. How "NORMAL" fans are suppose to be. So I made this character, (not gonna say the Name and surname for I'm too shy) with a cat. Its persian cat, mind you. She owns a car where she can go ANYWHERE with. Downtown or a Community lot. Then I made her go on a vacation, 4 days 3 nights to Twikkii Island where she went Parasailing, met Natives, laze around the beach and well... dig for treasure.

I had fun, myself.

She got back all refreshed (they said) and then this guy asked me on a date (the character, not me) but I rejected him for he was DOWNRIGHT ugly then he said, "Don't call me again!" Blimey O'Reilly... I wanted her to wait for the guy who has "chemistry" with her.

...and who looks decent, not like that other guy who called. He looked like a faggot with that scarf on his neck. (LAUGH OUT LOUD) Oh yeah, Prissy's character just got preggers. CONGRATS! Now let us not hope their twins like MY previous character did, it stressed my character. Well then, no one's online again. You know what that means? *winks* TOODLE DOO~

Saturday, January 24, 2009 Missing baloney!
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 7:31 PM
Baloney was missing today :-( We looked in the cage, he wasn't there. Did a search party but still no sign. I was in the verge of falling into pieces... but I still had hope with me. So I left the cage open for him to find his way back and got ready to change.

I know its not nice going out just like that when your pet is missing but it was too last minute and besides, my family is here to help so they told me it was fine. Met Pistach' at the NorthPoint entrance and had a few minutes before Prissy wissy comes so we went up to the library to return my book. It was due today. Prissy wissy came stomping infront of us and wailing about how long she's been waiting for us, so we said sorry. PFFT! We left for City Hall and went into Accesorize to check out the 70% off sale but was a rip-off since not all the stuff were having discounts. We walked around and ate at Burger King then.... Okay. Let the pictures tell the story this time.

...when I got home, Baloney was still not found :-( was all down... but then when my dad was randomly moving stuff in the the guest room, HE FOUND MY LITTLE CRITTER! He was stuck in all those gunk in the room, blimey, someone needs to get all those stuff out. He looked tired and didn't hesitate when we carried him back into his cage.

Boy was all of us happy, especially the owner. When he got back in the cage, he didn't eat b'coz he had enough food in his cheek pouch but he sure was thirsty, after the loooong drink, we went and took a nice long nap.

REJOOOOOICE! >:)

CNY 2009
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 6:16 PM
Orndru... irendru... moondru... GONG XI FA CAI!

22th Jan
Yesterday was my brother's birthday and we ate at an Australian dining & bar, Double Bay. After eating with Prissy wissy and laughing out pants off in LJS, I had to rush home b'coz we were going out for dinner.

Got home, changed and left with my brother and his girlfriend.

His girlfriend went the other way and my brother and I headed to the MRT platform to meet daddy-o. Blaaaaaaaaaaaah until City Hall to meet mommy-o and sister-0 (okay I should stop...) we bought Lemon cheesecake and then Momma escort us (L-O-L) to Double Bay. I ordered Tenderloin steak, hurrah! The GUY waiters keep smiling at my brother, how GAY is that!?

Then the other guy smiled at me but I didn't tell him. My steak was a small piece! >:( ...but it was somehow filling. I loved their calamari! The mussells were kinda' salty but its a 'tad better.

Then after taking pictures, laughing and talking. The blowing of candles was at hand. You have no idea how embarrassed my brother was! Every time a waiter walks by, he says, "Happy birthday, Daymi!" to make them think it's MY birthday, goshmongers.

He blew the candle but one didn't light off, so I laughed my pants off. Soooo ironic.

Then the my momma said she "forgot" to buy my brother a present. Instead she bought so-called ICE CREAM. Then the waiter brought this HUMONGONOSITY-ISH box.

It looked familiar and I was sure it wasn't ice-cream.

My brother opened it up then (BAAAAAM!) He has gotten another acoustic guitar! How lucky... he's got 2 acoustics and 1 electric. My sister said its very expensive and he should be NICER to her. (Me and my brother knows that's bad news...)

Momma insisted he played a song for a change, but... y'know my brother. So he put it back in the box then momma paid the bill. (HOLY CRAPAZOID, I SAW THE BILL!!!)

As usual, mommy-o (I HAD THE URGE) gave them a tip then we bounced, to get a seat of course, and then... *sings* HOME, HOOME ON THE RANGE! WHERE THE DEAR AND THE ANTELOPES PLAAAAY~ (mumbles other parts)

23rd Jan
Was 'tad excited about the CNY school concert. I'm expecting something fun. Soooo, we had Math first, "Not a good way to start a day...*shooks head*", quote from Daymi. Then, ANGLAIS (english in french), we had our spelling, which I didn't study. I didn't need to, seriously. I luuuuurve spelling.

Prissy wissy thought it was an outrage but I got 20/20 and she got 18/20 and SHE was the one who copied the list of words. "I hate to say this but... I TOLD YOU SO!!!" quote by, AGAIN, moi.

Blimey O'Reilly, for PE, we had to run the Cross Country route again.

HOW B-O-ring. Got back around 4-5 minutes later, walked back to school and changed. We had an early recess, HURRAH! I got to eat my Teriyaki chicken slowly... AND PEACEFULLY. I choked on my drink, how convenient (NOT)

Went up to the hall for the concert, got scolding by Donny Lee JONES. (pfft) So the concert started late but who gives a hoozers.

From zodiacs, to quizzes, to salsa dancing, catwalks and songs.

Meh, it was alright. But mostly played around with our song sheets. I folded mine into a bracelet (YOU WILL NEVER KNOW HOW!!! >:) ... ) and then... we had this paper clip, I randomly disfigured it, suddenly noticing it looks like a girl's basooomas! I laughed and showed the others. Reactions were, bulging of eyes, followed by "eee!" and "HAHAHA!" and "Daymi you're so pervertic" and me replying, "I DIDN'T PLAN THIS!" and then grabbing it away from me and not giving it back.

...Yes, that is what happened. Fairoz keep annoying us with his crappy paper airplanes. I got sooo annoyed I snatched it and tore it to pieces, only to get ANOTHER plane made.

Before the concert ended, we sang the school song ROCK VERSION. I know... ITS A NIGHTMARE. The teachers looked like a band, I shall name the band, "The Olds"... ahhh yes, that fits "vair" well.

While singing, I did a weird dance. YAY!

After the singing, we went down. Planning where to go, ended up going to my house to play Sims 2 with Prissy wissy.

We saw heart-shaped brownies in my friggey so we sneaked a piece. Then I took a LONG nap while she played. (WHAT!? I WAS TIRED!) woke up, looked in the mirror, "Gosh, messy hair, oh who cares..." and watched her go on a vacation (the game, I mean)

Then we forgot about time, it was already 6, so we left and I bought seaweed and she went home. THE END! :-)

(PS: My cravings are going berzerk!!!)

Wednesday, January 21, 2009 House Practice
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 6:54 PM
Guess what? I was EARLY for school today, FINALLY. I didn't really wake up early. I just got ready real quickly. Okay fine, I will tell you why I'm always late. I'll be too busy doing my hair. Yes, I know.

Stupid huh? But I'm a girl, can't help it. Some days my hair is alright, and another, its not. C'MON, work with me hair!!! It frustrates me :-(

This morning, I didn't care so I just tied it how I usually do and stop myself from looking at the mirror AGAIN b'coz I know, once I see my hair, I might re-do again so... *inhale, exhale* Left home and walked to school.

...BLAH until SMART class, SMART was abit better. Ms Foong was in class for awhile only, until she left then it got even more fun. Let's see... Jiayi was doing caligraphy right? When she started, A STENCH (or fume as we like to call it) smells like CRAP, and I mean SHIT... but... well I didn't know it was the ink. Soooo... *awkward silence*... out of randomosity, I put it near my nose and... SMELT IT. *screeeeaaaammmms* MY NOSE!!! IT BURNS!!!

It really... *shivers* smells like SHIT. OMIGIDDY when I screamed saying that it was horrible, everyone started laughing, EVEN me. I laughed until tears came out... *sigh* I do NOT wanna smell that again.

Then I got all bonkers, so I started dancing weirdly (well actually that's my normal self) and then Priscilla and I left after SMART right away since we had to run home and change into our PE attire since we got House Practice today (we forgot :-(... ) so before I left I shouted, "So long, loons!" to everyone in class and they waved back.

Priscilla and I split when we reached the Front Gate and ran home. Goshmonger, the people here are sooooo bloody slow.

When I was walking behind this lady, she was sooo slow... and not even making way! FISHPASTE, I WANTED TO SMACK HER BLOODY HEAD... but no, I restrained myself. So I did the "tsk..." sound and went to the other side, THE SUNNY SIDE.
Gosh, you bloody slowpokes, you shall perish in... in... uhm, I better not say.

Reached home, ran to the room to change and my brother kept on saying "PRESSURE! PRESSURE!"... someone needs to tell him that it soooo does not pressurize me. Took the stuff I needed and ran out again.

Running under the scorching sun... SUCKS.

I knew I was late, so I hurried. BLAH reached, bought a drink and said it was so-called "booze" to me :-) then we went to Yishun Park to run.
BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAH then got back to school and did some cheers then went to Northpoint with Pistaschio and Prissy wissy, ate at KFC. Our usual ZINGER student meal and talked about "STUFF" *bulges eyes*

There was 3 pieces of tissue. One for each of us right? BUT noooo, someone didn't care but took MY piece of tissue after using her other one. Its... PISTASCHIO! So I got mad and said, "PATTY!~ ... go get me one since you used MINE." Blimey O'Reilly...

Don't get me started about the CANTEEN incident. But I won't, since, I don't feel like it yet. I shall save it for tomorrow's post >:)

Then afterwards, we went to Interchange and went back to our HOME SWEET HOME.

(PS: Its my brother's birthday tomorrow. Hurrah???...)

Tuesday, January 20, 2009 Lost Geography txtbook
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 7:07 PM

*glares* Wanna know something?... I WAS LATE FOR SCHOOL ONCE AGAIN! Like what the fudgey fudge fudge!? That's it, I'm waking up earlier tomorrow. I think its b'coz they're closing the gate early this time, so that they can see us rush. So again, I was stared at when I scruffled to my class. No one was giving way so... BLAH. 2 minutes later we were asked to stand for the National Anthem.

*fast forward* Yeaaaah, my Geography textbook is still at large... or MISSING. I really wanna know who would want to take my awesome textbook, I wanna come up to his/hers' face and say, "ARE YOU A RETARD? Is that a YES?"

Seriously, if you can bloody afford a textbook, then bloody ask for FA.

Please, don't steal. The thing is though, my name is written on the front, in DARK ink. *whimpers* my book must be all sad and alone in the outside world. (spasmosity at hand, BEWARE)

So please, if you happen to FIND or... YOU *stares*... stole it. Please return it to dear old me b'coz I HACKIN' need it. Thanks. (PS: I might forgive you.)

Anywhoozers, I had my dental appointment today. Kinda nervous so before heading to my "DOOM", I went to the little girls'. Who knew "DOOM" was in a trailer with aircon? Geok Ting was first, THANK THE CUPCAKE LORD. After that, she gave me a smile and showed her pearly whites... *pause*...NEH not really. Not much differences.

Then... *TADADADA...* it was my turn. Not bad really, didn't hurt much but my mouth ached from leaving my mouth open way too long. She said my brushing quite good :-) hurrah! Came back to class for EBS. In MT class, I went to Pistaschio's class and just (as usual) doodled on our full scap papers/notebook.

We made funny comics, *sigh* just like old times. I exaggerated about Pistaschio's deafnosity and blindnosity. but was a laugh. If you wanna see it, ask from me. (pfft...) I'll skip until after school. Farah and I went on a hunt (what I called it) to find my Geog textbook so we stayed in class... *sigh* No sign of my dear old friend. Left the class all sad. GOSHMONGER, I NEED IT TOMORROW!

So then I whined about what I'm suppose to do now and irritated Farah. (so sorry sayang, just worried like FISHPASTE) so she went with her Luuuuurve God. (LOL, yes, I'm reading Georgia Nicolson's confessions)

I spotted Aza's ponytail from infront of the piano so I pranced there (NOT)... hanged out with them, dang, been a long time since I hanged with Fiona. Same old, same old, still funny :-) then they asked me if they could come over before Valentines' Day to bake some cookies (or cupcakes? Haven't planned yet) for......... HAH! Its for us to know and you to NEVER find out *evil laugh*

Soooooo... we fooled around. Kinda a lot happened, Fiona spilled her drink on me (my fault), Aza spilled Milo on her blouse (now that's not MY fault) and this sec 1 guy showed us a card trick that Aza and I tried to blow off and we played the piano wrecklessly.

Then, Pistaschio came down from the heavens (NOT) so we went home and lived happily ever after... then again.... NOT. We had to go to the rip off CCA called ASS Club... pfft, I meant Ace Club. I know its like soooooo boring.

It looked exciting and fun at Sec 1 orientation, but I guess they just did that for SHOW. What fakers!

Here I am, gonna discriminate Ace Club *clears throat*... IT SUCKS. (LOL) Let's see, the teachers sucks, the place we do the CCA sucks, the activitiy sucks, the community serrvice sucks eggs and the whole CCA sucks.

Soooo... the whole time the teacher was talking, I was mocking her. HURRAH! It was boring as usual, but at least we were released early. Pistaschio and I headed down, said Hi to Alfeeq and Iskandar.

Went to Mcdoodles to eat since I was bloody hungry to the Earths' Core. Went up to the Library to borrow new books. I finally found the book I've been finding.

You will see what it is, tomorrow, at Silent Reading.

Was happy with my book, then we went home. HOLY FISHMONGER.

Friday, January 16, 2009 Sims 2 w/ Farah
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 7:00 PM
...went to school late today. Prissy wissy texted me, said she wasn't going to school. I hurried to school, with my iPod (finally I didn't forget to bring!) the funny thing was, I was walking to the beat. So I was really fast.

Ran up the stairs to the hall and sat infront of Farah.

I had a major sunburn at the back of my neck that was hurting during silent reading. My nose was peeling... (WHY THE NOSE!?...) and I said to Aza, "I feel dark..." and she replied, "If you're dark, what about me!?"

School was BORING as usual. I wonder if they really plan the school to be boring, let the children perish in boredom... pfft.

I didn't bring my Social Studies textbook AGAIN. Seriously!!! The "SS" in my timetable is so TINY! How was I suppose to see that!? Blimey O'Reilly... I panicked (as always)

...but she didn't notice so I was safe.

"Heh? Where's my math textbook!? ...FIDDLESTICKS... I'mma ask Leon if he took it." (pondered in my mind during Social Studies)

We had PE, suppose to walk/run the route for Cross Country, how spastic. I just walked and fooled around the whole time. Everyone had this pre-camp "SPIRIT" so they kept on hollering the camp songs and cheer... bahhh. I made up a new running technique, called the "Butterfly" You run with your hands flapping like a loon. How's that?

Then recess, I tried the spaghetti Pistaschio and Aza bought, it was heaven on platter. Planned to eat that on Monday, not today since I brought my famous Peanut butter and choc' bread.

In Mother Tongue class, I did what I always do. First, I'll read my book. (currently: Love is a many trousered thing.) then... suddenly falling asleep until a few minutes before the bell rings.

I left the class doing the I-just-woke-up face and walking to the canteen alone.

Waiting for Pistaschio and then suddenly, I didn't feel like going home so I asked if we could go out but nooo... she has this bloody tuition so we asked dear old Farah and she agreed, HURRAH!

We walked together, bought cup noodles, then splitted with Pistash' and headed to my house. We planned to play Sims 2, HONK!!!

While eating, we talked personal stuffies then watched a bit of YouTube then we played Sims 2. I got tired so I slept on the couch while she played her heart out. Woke up at around 5 15pm and she was going home at 5 30pm so she played a while then got ready and went out.

I went to the convenience store(not very convenient really, they open at around 2pm, like what the FUDGE!? Be convenient, arse.) to fill up my cravings. Seaweed and Push pop! Farah went home, so after buying, headed back upstairs and here I am, blogging. Mhmmgmm...

Day 3 of camp
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 3:06 PM
(...*claps* "GIRLFRIEND!~")

Day 3:
It was our last day here in Nirwana Gardens, Camp Able. We woke up at 5 30am and washed up, brushed our teeth and got changed as usual. Today's activity was Kayakking and Raft building. So after we had our wholesome breakfast, and had a briefing and told us about our water acitivties saying if we have our *claps* GIRLFRIEND! (menstruation) we don't have to go. But if we wanna, then go. But he advices not to, and might make the sea red (L-O-L)

So... brought our Day bags and walked to the same place we had our campfire. Blimey, the place really looks different in the night time. I couldn't recognise the whole place in the morning. Last night was high tide so the place we had our campfire was full of mud or squishy sand. And not only that, I didn't know we were near the beach! The beach nearby was where we're gonna kayak and make a raft.

We were splitted up into 2 big groups. One to go kayaking, the other to make rafts. So they taught us basic things and soon we were on sea! We had a buoyancy test, wearing our life vests and floating and asked us to sing "Twinkle, twinkle, little star", Pravin was my partner. We had arguments for where we were to sit. I wanted to sit behind and so did we so we argued until the instructor told me girls are suppose to be infront so I lose... hmph!

I'd panic when we'd be pushed out into the open sea. I'd shout, "PRAAAVIN! How to turn!? Omg! The others are over there!!!" but then it'd be okay afterwards, then the tide would push us out again. We'd sometimes hit someone else's boat. Then we were called to go back. The reason we were called back was b'coz the tide is very strong, so is the wind. You could see this eagle flying against the wind. ITS HILARIOUS!

So we changed places with the other group and so we were suppose to make a raft using a couple of bamboo sticks, ropes and 4 barrels. We were bad planners but we tried. The challenge was we weren't allowed to talk, so we all just keep saying "mmmmm... mhm.. mm" (L-O-L) then we had to test the raft on the water. It was floating quite long enough for ALMOST all to get in when suddenly it broke and sunk! HAHAHA!

We burst out laughing and started splashing water at each other! Sigh... it was awesome. So did all the other rafts the group made. We dismantled the boat and headed back to the campsite to shower. We were almost going home. After that, we packed out stuff and emptied our tents... assembled for lunch. It was both windy and sunny. I was pretty sure all of us would get sunburns. We had to sit under the sun for 10++ minutes to fill up this 2 booklets they asked us to. Then... the moment of truth... we had to board the bus to the Ferry terminal.

I said goodbye to the ponies, to wilderness, to the Indonesians, the weather and... Camp Able. Reached the terminal and went to the Check-IN, we were given back our personal items and passport with the boarding pass. Felt really like the airport! Got into the Ferry and sat with Prissy. A couple of minutes later, we were leaving Indonesia. Leaving Indonesia with sunburns, mosquito bites and aching body, I waved my last goodbye to the place.

They told us the ferry ride would be choppy so it was. It went up and down and my stomach got all tickly! Everyone kept on laughing, even me and Prissy. We laughed until tears came out. It was like a rollercoaster! The most funniest ferry ride ever! Then soon, we got all tired and sleepy. So I took my sleeping bag and used it as a pillow and believe this, my position was like it was my own bed! My leg on the seat and leaning sideways on the arm thingy on the seat the whole time.

When I woke up, I tidy up my hair and then we were here... back in Singapore... just like that. We had to wait for all the passengers to unboard before we do so that's when I got all seasick, (of all times, NOW, when we stop moving? Weeeird.) we got out, lined up for Immigration again then assembled with our class. Fixed my watch back to Singapore time and then we boarded another bus back to school. Looking out the window, I was reminiscing... then suddenly a fly came near me and shocked me! Ayuni, Prissy and Zhenping laughed as they said, "Daymi, an illegal immigrant (the fly) followed you here! HAHAHA!"

It kept on coming near me so I took out my pen and said, "Prepare to die!" and tried killing it, but misses. Then it suddenly disappeared then I can finally reminise in peace... then falling asleep. Woke up, we were already reaching school. (already!?) Then we were welcomed by Pistaschio! Yaaaaay. But before leaving, we had to assemble at the Parade Square.

Taught us the lame cheer and then, something meaninful happened. The lead instructor gave us words of wisdom which made me sad since camp is already over... we have to move on, just like that and lightened our mood before ending his speech, "...need a bit of..." and the response, "UMPH!"... applause... :-) we were released and gave farewells to our instructors and headed to KFC to tell Pistachio all about our experiences and encounters!

Went home, with my sunburned yet tanned looking skin. Mom came home and told me my skin looks really nice and then... off I went to hit the hay...

(PS: Was the most memorable camp I've ever been to. Credits to "Nemo" and Sam! WE LOVE YOU!!!)

Day 2 of Camp
Posted by Deimi Brigitte at 1:09 PM
...(cough) Let's continue Day 2 and 3, shall we?

Day 2:
Waken up by the sounds of shuffling and whispers... I sat up and so did the others. We took our toiletries and change of clothes and headed to the girls' toilet. It was 5 am in Indonesia time and 6 am in Singapore time. Some were already awake, it was cold, dark and windy. Brushed our teeth, washed up and got changed... IN THE TENT >:)

We arranged the mess in our tent and packed our Day bags. Since we woke up way earlier than most, we just strolled around the whole campsite 'till everyone started coming out of their tents and rushing to the toilet. Soon everyone was ready and we all assembled at our usual place. A short briefing about what was happening today and we had our breakfast. After breakfast, we boarded a tiny bus that carries only 27... (or was it 28?) and left for our visit to a Local school. It was a 30 minute ride so we had time to take a nappy.

20 minutes into the ride, Prissy woke me up and soon we were looking at a small and scruffy school with little children in blue PE attire all looking at us... (or maybe the Bus) some were playing with stilts, some with hoola hoops (got my own at home *winks*) and others playing Ga sing or smtg like that. I bought noodles for them, and the teachers got candies for them in little red packets and we were suppose to give it to any of them. I didn't like the sound of it b'coz it sounds kinda BIASED.

One of the students offered me to play the stilts but I just politely said "No. It's okay, you play." I spoke english but I wasn't sure he understood so I nodded sideways just incase (...I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO BALANCE ON IT) I can't even balance on a pogo stick, c'mon! The classes were really tiny and they were still using chalk boards. I have to say, the kids are ADORABLE. I was going whack over this little girl in pigtails. Oh and the most "WHACK" thing was when Prissy and I saw this little kid eating the noodles without boiling it and he seems satified (bulges eyes...) what a shocker, the dad didn't even care.

I wanted to give my red packets to this 2 boys sitting at the corner of the school, and I don't think they were schooling here since the 2 boys weren't wearing uniform and they were just sitting at the far left so we did I guess. Went back outside and saw the guys playing Ga Sing with the kids and some playing the stilts, HOW DID THEY DO THAT!? A couple of us could play the stilts (sulks) ...then we took pictures with the kids. Azfar wanted to be in one of the solo pictures of the kids... what a loon. We told him, we all could after a solo picture, he walked away acting like he's sad. L-O-L.

Then I got bonkers and suddenly dared Aza to hug any random kids. So she did, the kids she hugged was both confused and smiling. My stomach hurt from laughing, it was HILARIOUS. Then soon we had to go, so we said "Thank you (schools' name)" in malay. I forgot the school name but Aza told me it meant Yellow School or smtg, HUUUWHAT!? The whole school made a line to shake hands with us, (...OMG) so it took awhile, awkward also. Then suddenly I shook hands with this guy that doesn't even look like a primary schooler, maybe even our age. So when I shooked his hands, I was like... "HEH!?" (well in my mind, of course)

Boarded the bus and took another short nap. We were heading to Gunung Bintan. Our next activity... *theme songs*... TREKKING. In the bus, from the distance you could already see how tall Gunung Bintan was! They told us it was 340m high, ...BLIMEY O'REILLY! We had a short briefing and this funny part when the teacher told us that some has been using this particular mosquito repellent that... yes, repells mosquitoes BUT attracts bees and wasps. HAHAHA! Geniuuuus. Brand was called "Off!" Off my ARSE. Quite a few used it, fortunately, it wasn't me. ALL HAIL!

Then we started our trek. OH EM GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Its exhausting like poop! I could just shout very loudly, "CURSE YOU MOUNTAIN!" but as the instructor said, Be kind to Nature or it'll rain and make the pathway muddy... psh (rolls eyes) Then unfortunately, poor Daymi drank too much water and puked halfway. Well I puked out only water, so I knew. We took a 5 minute break, thanks to me. (sorry guys... HEHEHE) we were left behind by the others. Then they asked me the GOLDEN question (L-O-L) "Wanna continue or back down?"

Others said to continue, claimed we were REACHING... lol. Some said, if I'm too tired, its really okay. But, nononononono, Daymi doesn't give up. She said she'll continue, HURRAH! I said "claim" just now b'coz we weren't even near the summit yet. It took us like... 10++ minutes more!? There was this incident when Shiddhu (guy climbing infront of me) slipped and fell on ME. I grazed my hand on this big rock and had cuts. Then there was this other one when he was going over this fallen tree, he KICKED me "accidently" he claims.

I was like, "DO YOU HATE ME!?!?" making my famous "face". Gosh, the whole time he was the one hurting and falling on me and I'm the victim. When we were reaching the summit, it was the hardest. We had to hold on a rope to get up. Then finally we reached the bloody summit, TIRED! I finally drank water, the whole journey up I didn't drink since I didn't want to puke AGAIN. Then... we took class pictures. After wards, we had our 5 minutes break, YAY! Got to sit down and chat for awhile before going back down. It was as tiring as going up. JEEEEEZ! I was always this tiny close to fall everytime but Ayuni and Zhenping comes to the rescue :-) I'd like to give credits to AYUNI and ZHENPING!

Then we got to reach this check point to rest and meet up with the other classes and that's when I finished my bottle. HO! Reached the FULL SOLID GROUND!!! ...(inhale, exhale) then had our lunch. Afterwards, we got back into our buses and it took an hour to get back to the campsite. The funny thing was everyone in the bus was asleep! Excluding the driver, pity. When I woke up from my nap, I turned around to see everyone asleep even the instructors, that's how tired we are.

After looking around, I went back to my nap :-) Prissy again woke me up and we were back at the campsite. It was raining! So we all headed to the big tent with logs as seats. The bad news was when the instructors said our stuff in the tent would be wet so when the rain stops, we had to go get our bags and put it on the big tent temporarily. MY BAG! (gasps)... so for now we're suppose to be doing Campfire preparation. We got scolded b'coz no one was coming up with ideas and the others were already practicing.

We ended up doing a skit about Mangrove Replantating experience combining with our school values, Gracious, Integrity, Fortitude, Teamowork, Empathetic & Discipline, G.I.F.T.E.D. How tacky is that!? So we did, Aza, me and Prissy ended up doing Discipline. We planned to show discipline when Prissy and I were were bullying Aza and throwing so-called mud and she'd throw back then that's when our "teacher", Ms Foong comes in and "disciplines" us.

After planning (and raining), we headed back to our tent and yes, the tent was wet, even our stuff inside. Ayuni, Prissy and Zhenping lost their towels! They dried it in a twine but when we got back, it was GONE. So I accompanied them NOT to bathe. We just washed up a bit and changed our clothes. After putting our bags in the big tent, we assembled for a briefing then walked to this place (i have no idea what) but it looks like a community club or smtg.

They said we were having a buffet! It was dark so brought our torchlights and spooked and maybe played around. Reached this private hall with a buffet... BUT NO TABLES. Again!? We've been eating breakfast, lunch and dinner on the ground and when we're having a buffet, GROUND too!? Blimey o'Reilly. But I have to say, the food was AWESOME. I don't know if you guys noticed but... I sneaked around 4-6 honeydew wedges using my hands. IT WAS DELICIOUS, can't help it!

Then after that, before leaving to go to the Campfire, we played this "Pom" a thing of a jig. I have no idea how to explain. Its like cheering to call the other class and the other class must pass it on to another class. If the class had a late reaction to reply, the other classes floods you with Boos. It was really fun, I screamed a lot. HURRAH! Headed to the campfire we had logs for seats again. And... it smelt like a zoo (we'll know why in Day 3) The wood for the campfire was infront of was. Not lit yet.

Then when it was lit, the fire roared and you could feel the heat, like you were standing infront of it. It was a nice feeling for a windy night. You couldn't stop staring at the fire flicking. We had a couple of funny cheers before we started the performance for each class. I was downright NERVOUS. I hate acting or doing anything at all infront of a lot of people. Watched each class act go by until it was our class's turn until we had to our turn to act our Discipline.

Aza asked me, before acting. "How will I know if you're throwing mud?" I said, "Don't worry. I aim right."... and so I did. When it was our turn, I found a stick (don't know why, though it doesn't look like mud) and threw it and hit right on her head. I think I heard people laugh when I did it. It wasn't so bad, after all. Then Azfar was asked to beatbox. I'm very sure he's happy about that. The instructor tried copying him but he ended up sounding different. Cheers for Azfar! Very fun actually!

Then after that I was feeling much better and we were singing and dancing foolishly, doing as the instructor says. It was a night to remember... then... it came to the ending of the campfire. The lead instructor gave a meaningful speech before saying Goodnight and dismissing us back to the campsite. But as always, before sleeping, we have debriefings. Everyone was sleepy, I could see, but Ms Foo pushed us to cheer one last time before sleeping, giving it our last energy. So we did, real loud, letting everyone stare at us and then off into deep, deep, sleep in our tent.

(PS: Was a pretty hectic day, yes, that's why this post is wordy but it has all the details. So if you are lazy, then stay clueless. )

I missed school today :-( I was really poofed out from camp that when my phone alarmed at 6 30, meaning to get ready for school, I couldn't get up. I was really in the most laziest mood. I'd usually get up right away, off the alarm and get going. But no, this time I was way too tired to walk. My legs ached, my face burned, mosquito bite itches and my arms couldn't move at all.

So I walked wearily to my mom and told her that I'm exhausted. Luckily, my mom allowed me to stay in bed to rest.

What kind of school is this!? Asking all of us to go back to school when the day before, we JUST had our camp. Our whole journey back was chaotic, alright? They should've given us a day of rest. C'mon, staffs, we're just KIDS.

Even now I'm still exhausted, believe me. I'm gonna hit the hay after eating and blogging about Day 2 and 3. Bye for nooooow!

Wednesday, January 14, 2009 Sec 3 Camp (THE BOMB)

(...need a bit of "UMPH!")

CAMP, CAMP, CAAAAAAMP! It was awe... awe... AWESOME! Keep your panties on!

Day 1:
Assembled at the Parade square at 6 30am. Boy was I excited, though, what spoiled my mood was when one of our classmate was VERY... very... LATE. I shall not say his name. (grumbles) So we ended up being the last class to reach the Ferry Terminal. We got introduced to our instructors, Sam and "Nemo" (says that's his nickname)... when we reached the terminal, we all rushed to the Check-In, and to the Ferry. It was almost full so we had to sit randomly, I got to sit with this 16 year old (our guess) german guy. I had a doubt sitting beside him when suddenly the mom said, "Don't worry, he's a good boy." ....L-O-L so i was like, "Uhm... okay~" in an awkward way. Like what's that suppose to mean? I don't get seasick but for some reason I was, when we were in the Ferry. When the ferry jerks, I got the tendency to kick something. So the german guy would look at me and laugh. I'd just smile sheepishly back.

When we reached Indonesia, we had to go to a Check-out, then we boarded a bus to our Campsite. It's called Nirwana Gardens, Camp Able. Not bad really, we saw ponies at the corner. Then we had to pitch our tent so we did, with much difficulty b'cause in Indonesia, it is really WINDY and would make our tent fall. I shared a tent with Aza, ZhenPing, Ayuni and Prissy wissy. After that, we got changed for our first activity, Mangrove Replantation. We had to transfer a 1,000 whachamacallit mangrove plants into the boat. My arm nearly broke off their arm sockets.

Then we had to take a bus to this place and ride a speedboat, I LOVED IT. It was so cool, seriously. 12 on each speedboat, so when I wanted to sit on the edge... the boat suddenly tilted. (AM I THAT FAT!?)... so yeah, I wasn't able to sit on the edge... :-( when we reached the destination, we met up Group B (consisting the express classes) and we were given our lunch. I couldn't finish it. Then we had to discuss about our cheer before going to another Mangrove Swamp, but this time, placing them into the icky mud! So we practically got all dirty. The guys made it worse by wiping mud on ME. UGHHH!!! (inhale, exhale)

My shoes was all muddy, luckily it was my old school shoe ;-) was a mud-a-mania. Went back to the campsite to shower then we had our dinner! It was a little better than lunch. We had to use our own spoon and fork though. We had a briefing but I was really really sleepy and when I'm sleepy, I get grumpy. You do NOT wanna see my grumpy. Then we played Scavenger Hunt, which was SOOOO not like one. We didn't go find anything "hidden" we had to find props to our act we had to do about our school values, G.I.F.T.E.D (yawn) We had to prepare for Campfire the next day, each class had to have a performance. After which, we had our supper. Then, finally... WE COULD GO TO BED! (rejoices) I was so darn sleepy. We fixed our stuff and arranged our sleeping position in our tent. I slept at the corner. Then, we slept- Zzzzzz... mm... uh? OH! Sorry, my eyelids are gettin' heavy. I shall continue Day 2 and 3 tomorrow, loons.

SLEEPY AS HELL!

To be continued...
